Shipping info


Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.shopverapr.com.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

  • All products shipped from Vera and Vera's third-party fulfillment center will experience a quality inspection in the warehouse before shipment. 
  • We ship items as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time.  If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be communicated to you via email. 
  • For domestic shipments (US), the expected delivery time is from 5 to 8 business days and international shipments up to 20 business days. If the product is from our third-party may take longer. 
  • All orders require a valid mailing address and/or street address.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Vera works the shipping procedure between 1-3 days after your order has been confirmed. After sending your package, you will be sent an email with the information about your package so that you can track it. Once the package is shipped we are not responsible for the order. Therefore, we relieve ourselves of any situation with lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen you should immediately contact your mail company using your tracking number (USPS or UPS) and file your claim. If an error occurs with the shipping address and it must be changed, notify Vera's customer service immediately at info@shopverapr.com. If you modify the shipping information after completing your package, you will be charged an extra charge. After sending your package, you will be sent an email with the information about your package so that you can track it.
